Rihanna Sets Diamond World Tour History in South Africa

Rihanna, the Bajan recording artist, actress, and fashion designer continues to make history as one of the greatest pop stars in the world with her performance in South Africa’s FNB Stadium located in Johannesburg as well as Cape Town Stadium, Cape Town this October.

In fact, the 25-year old singer is the first female artist with the biggest audience and also the youngest artist who was able to sellout the stadium as she got more than 67,000 fans who showed up for her concert.

Aside from her concert in Johannesburg last October 13, 2013, she’s also had another concert in Cape Town Stadium last October 16, 2013 as part of her Diamonds World Tour.

Riri has last been in the country in 2006 when she was part of Jay Z’s opening act.

Before her concert in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa, Rihanna also had a sold out concert in Stade de France, Paris with over 80,000 people turning up for her concert. Therefore, at this stage of Rihanna’s career, she is surely making more fans compared to other big names within the music industry. Riri certainly knows how to grab her audience’s hear without even humming a tune.

Peps Final Say

Rihanna haters will hate to learn that you just cant stop a winner and when you work hard you will always reap rewards. Her lifestyle might be questionable and all the social media controversy had made me question her a few times but I have always maintained a high level of respect for her work ethic. I really hope she continues to work hard and don’t get blind by success and lose focus.
